Great

Great grandparents with Tom and Hannah.

My interest in Yoga started in about 1986

I was very fortunate to accidentally attend a yoga class when expecting to start a stress management course. It was one of the most significant days of my life, but I didn't know it at the time.Cheryl, the teacher became my mentor and after 10 years or so she sponsored me into the InternationalYogaTeachersAssoc.teacher training course.I hadn't studied since 1971 so it was a bit of a learning curve at first. While studying I was fortunate to be able to teach every week under Cheryl's supervision, and she was very particular about my teaching, correcting me if I gave wrong or misleading instruction.I owe her a great debt!
A post graduate course in Yoga and Back care soon followed.
I have been teaching ever since and enjoy every class.

Our family of Jowett cars made in Bradford England

At 18 months Tom enjoying the Jowett Jupiter. This car took about 20 yrs to re build and lots of support from my mates Brian and John. For a long time it took over the whole house with the chrome and electrical parts being assembled on the coffee table in the lounge room etc.

These cars won the 1.5 Ltr class at LeMans 3 years in a row, as well as the Watkins Glen 2Ltr race in 1952 and a class win in the Monte Carlo rally, among other things.

Music

I don't have any real favourite musicians but my favourite music is Irish and Celtic, folkmusic usually English or 60's type stuff and early rock and roll.
